Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will mainly be responsible for talent management data processing across the region. This role will be partnering with internal mobility manager and facilitating the performance review management process. Other responsibilities will include HRIS (Workday) system maintenance, and data analysis.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organised and fast-learning with data processing experience who can be a good team player. You will support the business in its talent development to foster internal mobility and help the staff to achieve their full potential.
We are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources
• Experience gained from sizeable multinational company
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a language fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
