Exciting opportunity to move into the world of global business consulting firm with Regional Head Quarters in Singapore and a growing presence across SEA. This is a newly created role to support the established teams in both senior corporate and consulting hires.
The role supports talent sourcing for countries such as (Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Jakarta, Manila) rresponding to requisitions in a timely manner. You will use research tools such as LinkedIn together with the established candidate pool to develop strong market maps and talent pools. You will develop a strong understanding of the consulting landscape across SEA to enable you to anticipate when external talent will be seeking their next opportunity and build relationships with potential hires to understand their drivers and motivations for a move.
You will be working in a similar role in a recruitment or inhouse environment or be an agency recruiter looking to move inhouse and for whom this role would present a first step. The TA team for SEA is c.15 heads and growing which, coupled with the firm’s belief in internal promotion, could present future career opportunities for the right person. You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and previous experience of speaking to stakeholders to C-level including those for whom English is a second language. You will be able engage with passion and promote the firm and opportunities within the firm while providing an excellent candidate experience.
