Reporting directly to the Senior HR Director, you will assess and determine the strategic need for retail training in partnership with HR and business stakeholders, and develop and deliver various retail training programs for your markets, including both supervisory and team member programs. You will explore and develop retail trainee program to build talent pipeline, as well as participating in the retail talent assessment process to provide development programs for identified talents. You will also support the Asia Pacific Mystery Shopper Program, the HKRMA Mystery Shopper Program and Service & Courtesy Award organized to drive retail excellence.
We are looking for a training specialist with a minimum of 7 years’ experience with industry exposure in retail. You will be passionate in learning & development and enjoy coaching and course delivery. You will have the ability to develop interactive, creative and comprehensive training programs in various areas and use assessment tolls to evaluate training effectiveness. In addition, we are also looking for:
• An out-going personality with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• A structured and organized individual who is a good listener
• An independent, analytical team player who works well with diverse cultures
• Language fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
