Our client is looking for a dynamic and energetic Retail Training Manager to be responsible for developing their expanding retail business in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will demonstrate a strong passion in retail training, and an energetic and creative individual who can supervise a team of 4 to help with retail business growth. This role involves in classroom training, around 20% soft skills or management skills including store management program, develop training strategy, action plans and training solutions, monitor the design and production of e-learning and mobile product learning courses to ensure the frontline staff have the skills and knowledge they need to perform at their best.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience, and is likely to already be in a similar role and will be confident in their ability to partner with the business, be innovative and deliver to tight deadlines within a operational environment. Experience working for mass retail industries will be a real advantage. Having a passion for delivery training and coaching others will help you succeed in this role.
