Job Description

Our client is a leading Global Financial Services firm, looking for an experienced Reward and Benefits Lead, to support their office function for the Americas. 

 

  • Provide strategic advice 

  • Blue-chip firm 

  • Manage a team of 4-5 

 

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for monitoring peer remuneration arrangements, market benchmarking, and providing advice and guidance through use of data analysis, modelling and interpretation. You will also partner with key stakeholders to lead and support reward related projects and ensure the successful implementation of appropriate new reward structures to assist the business with talent strategy and business outcomes. 

 

We are ideally looking for someone with a strong, compensation and benefits background from a reputable firm. This person should be able to demonstrate strong analytical perspective and a consultative, collaborative and flexible approach 

 

In Addition You Must Have: 

  • Extensive experience in a regional Compensation and Benefits role, ideally in investment banking or professional services  

  • Entrepreneurial, high growth, international business experience with strong project management skills 

  • proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse stakeholder group, and effectively influence and negotiate outcomes  

  • Degree-level education with business or other relevant tertiary/professional qualifications.
