Our client is a large law firm looking for a Senior Reward & Benefits Manager. This is a great opportunity for a current Reward/Benefits Manager to take the next step in their career.
The role is part of a fairly new team looking to revamp and revitalize the existing compensation schemes in place as well as the existing benefits package. The role will support the London office and will be able to contribute to processes across Europe, the Middle East, the US and South Africa.
Responsibilities will include managing market data, salary and bonus reviews, working with mobility to develop reward packages to support secondments, managing relationships with benefits providers, participation in developing a total reward proposition and developing reward analytics.
Successful candidates will have developed expertise in compensation, benefits or pensions through a minimum of 5 years work experience in a legal or professional services environment. Technical knowledge of UK/US/EMEA employee benefits and pensions are highly desirable. You must be comfortable working in an environment without existing mapping or templates.
You will be expected to be hands on and have strong Excel skills, which will be tested during the interview process.
