Job Description

An opportunity to join a growing tech player and provide support to the Head of Pay looking specifically at Reward structures in different markets. This business is scaling rapidly with an established footprint of 500 colleagues across 5 different markets and big growth plans for 2022 and beyond. 


They are looking for an innovative and analytical Reward specialist who will be able to be create meaningful reward structures relevant to colleagues at different career and life stages. You will evaluate financially aligned rewards including cash and stock bonus structures and insurances but also be creative in terms of experiences or learning aligned options. You will be able to explore ideas confidently with vendors, undertake financial modelling on impact and present your findings and recommendations to both the Head of Pay and wider leadership group in a meaningful way. You will undertake market analysis in both current and expanded markets to keep abreast of current ‘best practice’ and innovative ideas. 


We are looking for someone passionate about this space who is able to work with a high level of ambiguity.  You will not be defined by the role. You will be a lateral thinker and an ideas person who isn’t afraid to share ideas and make suggestion. Confident Excel is a given as are confident engagement skills.
