Job Description

My client is a global leading provider of multi-service HR services with a strong network in the financial industry. They are looking for a result driven rewards consultant to join their established consulting team.

Reporting to rewards leader, you will play a key role driving rewards survey across all levels whilst assessing staffing levels and organization structures for respected global financial institutions. You will gain great client management exposure. 

To succeed you will need to be detail oriented with strong data analytics skills and thrive building sustainable relationships with clients. You will possess great interpersonal and communications skills with ability to stablish excellent working relations across the organization as well as the client. Ideally you will come from a management consulting background. 


Additionally we are looking for: 

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience either in a consultancy or corporate environment

Attention to detail and excellent project management skills

Proactive  and independent but need to be a team player when required

Fluent English and Cantonese is a must and fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous 

Analyst and/or Senior analyst level
