My client is the world’s largest provider of multi-service HR services and they are looking for a seasoned Rewards professional to join their established team.

Sizeable consulting team management

Covers asset management clientele
You will be an integral part of the leadership team and have P&L responsibility for the APAC Rewards consulting business line managing a sizeable team. You would drive sales and marketing strategies, develop and maintain client relationships, serve as a strategic advisor to clients around in the rewards space. You would also be involved in developing the local team and recruitment strategies. To be successful in this role, you would need have an excellent track record in the HR Capital Consulting industry as a leader. In addition we are also looking for:

Minimum 8 years of solid experience from a consultancy background or in-house background

Fluent English and Mandarin or Cantonese is a must

Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and project management skills
