Our client is a fast growing market leader and they are looking for a result driven Rewards professional to join their growing HR team.
Project based role
Reporting to a seasoned Regional Rewards Lead, you will be responsible for all C&B matters in the group. Specifically you will play a key role in C&B projects, C&B policy as well as pay & benefit programmes.
The successful candidate will have strong data analytics skills and have good client relationship management skills. You are a person with great interpersonal skills and able to build good working relations across the organization. Ideally, if you will have strong C&B and rewards analysis experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Rewards Manager.
In addition we are also looking for:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Trilingual fluency (English, Cantonese and Mandarin) is highly advantageous
Excellent excel and HRIS skills
