Working within a small recruitment team and reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be an integral part of our growth in the US. You will run the entire hiring lifecycle across our B2B teams in the US; you will work closely with the business to determine needs, provide recommendations on the recruitment strategy, utilize technology and creative sourcing techniques, attend networking events and conferences, screen and interview candidates, manage the interview process and extend offers.
The ideal candidate has a solid background recruiting sales, marketing or business development professionals in a high-growth environment. The hiring manager is looking for extremely pro-active recruiters who get excited about building relationships and partnering with the business. You must be comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments, and have the ability to work autonomously if needed:
- Minimum 4+ years of recruitment experience
- Experience in volume recruitment
- Experience using an ATS/CRM, LinkedIn, G-Suite, and Excel
- A passion for health and well-being!
