Our client is a sustainable, world changing, data tech company, looking to hire a Sales Recruiter
As a Sales Recruiter, you will directly scale the business and impact by identifying and attracting top talent for our Sales organisation. The role will constantly challenge you to think creatively about how to drive and meet hiring results. You will partner with stakeholders and be responsible for directing and executing a global recruiting strategy. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle and take business partner through the process.
Design and own the entire recruiting life cycle, including job description generation, sourcing, interview process design, extending offers, and closing candidates.
Use key data and metrics to maintain accountability to deliver hiring goals.
Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand critical business needs and design a recruitment strategy that will efficiently grow Sales teams on a global scale.
Actively generate a talent pipeline by leveraging referrals, partnering with agencies, engaging with external recruiting partners, and more.
Provide an excellent candidate experience from the first call through to offer.
