Job Description

Our client, a leading technology company, has a new opportunity within the EMEIA Recruitment team for a seasoned Recruiter to support Enterprise recruiting in their Channel Sales organisation across Western Europe.


Location: London




•    End-to-end recruitment process management (job description creation, sourcing , CV screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and on-boarding)

•    Consult and partner with hiring managers to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for hiring needs

•    Deliver an exceptional customer and candidate experience at all times

•    Employ a wide range of sourcing channels to help attract the best candidates to the organisation. These will include:

     -    Direct sourcing using all available channels including headhunting

     -    Managing partnerships with external recruitment vendors when required

     -    Use job boards as required

     -    Extensive use of networking as well as internal and external referrals for each role

•    Partner with the agreed business unit leaders to drive recruitment efficiency

•    Manage ad-hoc recruitment projects surrounding specific talent needs for the business

•    Manage ad-hoc confidential/business critical assignments




•    Experience of high volume hiring

•    Preferably experienced in running assessment centres

•    Ability to manage quality with quantity 

•    Can drive consistency of process

•    Facilitate change in an organisation that has typically been ‘self service’ with the support of agencies 

•    Ideally experienced in recruiting for luxury retail or consumer electronics 

•    A Russian or Turkish speaker is preferred but not essential. 




•    Excellent listening skills

•    Ability to sift large amounts of information, quickly identify the salient points and provide relevant insights

•    Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to interact credibly on the telephone and in-person with people from all levels of an organisation

•    Highly organised and able to prioritise

•    One who advocates, educates and influences their business to adopt the company's recruitment strategies, processes and philosophy

•    A person who positively and proactively builds and leverages multidirectional/cross-functional relationships 

•    One who energises a sense of urgency and priority within their teams

•    Excellent attention to detail and complete discretion with regards to confidential information

•    Outstanding English written/ verbal communication skills with ideally fluency in either French or German





•    Cultivates strong and flexible relationships and works collaboratively with peers, team-members and all stakeholders

•    Positively influences the performance of the team and is committed to the overall team cohesiveness and success

•    Is viewed as approachable, candid, resourceful, knowledgeable, helpful, and engaged
