Sales Trainer, Learning & Development – New York City
A global talent advisory firm is seeking a Sales Trainer to join their team in New York City and facilitate internal training and development programs! This is an INTERNAL role and your main objective will be to develop the firm’s consultants to be the best in the business.

Reporting to the broader Learning & Development team, the Sales Trainer will successfully deliver in-person and online trainings to new consultants of the firm. You will present materials focused around skill development, KPI and activity tracking, performance feedback, and more. Be ready to conduct training needs analysis, coordinate necessary logistics, and report back to leadership on employee progress - making adjustments where needed and collaborating with L&D colleagues to create new and engaging content.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a training & development role within a global business. Strong knowledge of 360 recruiting is essential, as are excellent communication and organization skills. This is an excellent opportunity to guide, advise, and develop large populations of employees and take ownership of training initiatives!
You Must Have:
- At least 2+ years of recruiting or sales experience (preferably from an agency)
- Previous facilitation or training experience
- Expertise of Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s Degree
