A leading Relocation Management Company is seeking to hire a Sales Trainer to drive sales performance in their New York City office.

The Sales Trainer will be responsible for assessing the business’s sales function and will identify issues and provide solutions in order to increase sales performance. You will work alongside the VP of Sales to implement best practices in order to maximize opportunities for the sales team.
This individual should have strong analytical abilities as they will be tasked with analysing sales reports and customer trends. Strong communication skills will be essential as this person will be training and educating the sales team while presenting with all levels of the company.
In Addition, You Must Have:
- 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory or trainer position
- Ability to influence and motivate a team
- Technologically savvy with ability to effectively utilize the business’s CRM system
- Strong attention to detail and results focused
