Reporting to a seasoned C&B team leader you have the opportunity to work on C&B projects of various scales. You will play a key role in the full cycle of C&B cycle. Specifically, you will be involved in salary survey, benchmarking, C&B structure design and implementation. We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 4 years of solid C&B experience from either from human capital consultancy firms or MNCs. In addition we are looking for:
- Self-starter and independent but need to be a team player when required
- Strong C&B experience is a must
- Excellent numerical and excel skills
- Language fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Less experienced candidates will be considered for an analyst role.
