Reporting to the Change Management Lead, this role will design and implement change management strategies to improve organization effectiveness, while you will own the communication with employees to manage resistance and impact to change. You will apply structured methodologies to lead change activities and integrate plans into projects to facilitate changes in organizations. Engagement with internal and external senior stakeholders is a key element in this role.
To qualify, you will have a minimum of 2 year of change management, communication or marketing experience gained from sizeable MNCs. You will ideally an understanding of how change processes are implemented and their impact on employees. Language fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential. In addition, we are also seeking the following attributes:
• Degree qualification
• Experience with consultancy firms would be ideal
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with different levels of audience
• Ability to identify issues and formulate effective solutions
