• Functional Lead Position
This is a prominent brand with footprint across the Greater China region. They have a strong track record of solid growth and profits. Building on solid foundations, they have embarked on an exciting journey to prepare for its next stage of growth inviting a seasoned C&B professional to join as their functional lead.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will lead, design, develop and implement the rewards and performance management strategies aligned with business initiatives. Given this is a newly created position, there will be significant opportunity to help shape the C&B function across the region. You will act as the internal C&B advisor to key executives, carrying out benchmarking exercises, monitoring C&B trends, driving shot and long term incentive schemes.
You will have a strong foundation of C&B in the Greater China region, preferably acquired from retail industry. You will lead, design, develop and implement the C&B strategy, philosophy, policies and programs across the Group. Our client is looking for an experienced and driven individual with strong stakeholder management skills. You should have worked in fast-paced and ever-changing environments and need to be prepared to be ‘hands-on’ while being able to advise on strategies to drive business growth. The successful candidate should have the gravitas to influence the business in a commercial sense. The role pay up to $75k per month with excellent fringe benefits.
