Our client is a Hong Kong based retailing company that has grown significantly over the past 5 years. To cope with business expansion, they are currently hiring for a diligent Senior C&B Officer to join as part of the HR team.

Reporting to Senior HR Manager, one of the key focus will be handling the full set of monthly payroll, final payment calculation, MPF, medical whilst participate in annual C&B projects including salary review and benchmarking exercises. You will also assist with any C&B analysis for implementing C&B initiatives as aligned with business needs.
To be successful in this role, you will be degree qualified with a strong track record in a C&B/ Payroll position for at least 4 years. Experience working within the retail industry would be a big advantage. You will be well versed with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance whilst demonstrate a numbers sensitive ability and high level of responsibility.
