A well-established Non-Profit Organisation is looking for a confident and highly motivated individual to join their Singapore team.

Owing to the fast growth plans, this newly position is created to meet the growing demand of the organisation. Reporting to the HR Director, you will develop and implement new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures for the organisation globally. You will serve as a strategic advisor and guide to support the internal key stakeholders by developing fair and attractive compensation and benefit strategies so as to improve the employee satisfaction and productivity.
Ideally, you will be university educated with excellent communication skill. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience in compensation and benefit with exposure to regional or global capacity.
In addition, you will have the following:
• Experience managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
• Good understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems
• Goal oriented and a self-starter who likes to likes to build things from scratch
