Reporting to the VP Compensation & Benefits, you will implement reward strategies and pay structure for the company that will create a high performance culture and maximize employee retention. You will design incentive schemes, lead benchmarking exercises, salary increment and bonus cycle in a seamless and integrated manner across the Group and countries. You will also participate or lead ad-hoc HR assignments or projects such as those involving mergers and acquisitions and HRIS upgrade.
To qualify for this role you will have a minimum of 10 years of regional C&B experience gained from sizable multinationals. We look for someone who is results-driven, energetic and is a strong team player. In addition we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• Outstanding numerical competence and project management skills
• Proven presentation and influential skills
• Language proficiency in English and Chinese
