Reporting to a seasoned Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing recruitment projects for all functions across the global. As such you will need to work closely with business leaders to guide and assist them, translate manpower planning into recruitment strategies to implement in a creative and cost-effective timely manner in the recruitment function. You will also play a key part in developing creative campaigns and marketing strategies to attract talent across the world, making use of a wider range of media channels and technologies. At the same time, you are responsible for ensuring a structured annual approach to external event management and on-brand execution.
My client is open to profiles from executive search background or seasoned recruiters who are interested in developing their expertise in the employer branding space. To be successful in this role, you must have good client management experience and have a proactive approach. This person also needs to be hands on and be flexible when required. In addition, we are also looking for:
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience gained in an MNC and degree qualified
• Strong team player
• Outstanding communication skills in English and Cantonese
