You will be responsible for all recruitment activities globally, where you will manage the full spectrum of recruitment. You will face off senior business leaders in order to help identify recruitment needs, advice on sourcing strategies, and promote a proactive approach to recruitment. You will partner with external vendors to promote the company as an employer of choice and create a talent pipeline.
The ideal candidate will be university educated with a degree in human resource or other business related subject. You should be familiar with utilising a variety of recruitment strategies and have experience sourcing directly for Tech and Finance roles. You should be a proven multi-tasker with excellent prioritisation skills in order to manage a diverse portfolio of vacancies. Additionally, you should be highly motivated, resilient, possessing a “can-do” attitude with a strong customer focus. We are also looking for:
• Minimum of five years’ recruitment experience; previous regional experience is a must
• Possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English & Mandarin with the confidence and gravitas to face to off to senior management
• Commerce industry experience either from an in-house or consulting environment
• Experience in employer branding and psychometric assessments
