Located in Manhattan, our client is a leading Law Firm, looking for a Senior Compensation Manager to join the Global Rewards team.

As a Senior Compensation Manager, you will use your deep understanding of compensation practices and excellent leadership skills to lead a team in the development of processes and procedures, in the areas of Compensation, Data Analytics, Global Human Resources budgeting and department reporting. You will be an invaluable resource to the firm’s Senior Management team, providing subject matter expertise in relation to corporate compensation structures, practical approaches to governance and regulatory requirements. You will proactively partner with key stakeholders (Business and HR teams) to provide strategic advice on regulatory requirements, reward products, processes and policy.
We are ideally looking for someone with a strong, advisory experience in compensation from reputable, international firms, preferably within professional services. We are also looking for an individual with a high level of business acumen who is able to see potential issues before they arise and find alternative long term solutions. In addition, we are also looking for:
- A minimum of 10 to 12 years relevant compensation experience; preferably from a global organization
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent knowledge of US and global compensation regulations
