Based in Hong Kong, our client is looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join the team to focus on HR support for Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will cover generalist functions for Hong Kong for your client group. You would handle recruitment up to Senior Associate and Counsel level, formulate and implement HR policies and procedures, and provide all-round support on various HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, performance management and salary reviews. You would work closely with a sizeable team in an individual role and face the business around all HR matters. You would be partner facing and advise the business in a knowledgeable and tactful way.
The ideal candidate will have HR generalist experience with a preference for professional services industry experience.
In addition to this we are also looking for:
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience with professional firm experience a strong plus
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written English and Cantonese while Putonghua would be an advantage
• Proactive, team-player, organized, strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, advisory experience and the ability to meet deadlines
