A prestigious financial services company with an excellent reputation in the market is looking for a confident and highly motivated Senior HR Business Partner to provide business focused HR advice to a key business portfolio.

In this individual contributor position, you will be supporting a business unit that is currently undergoing a large transformation project in terms of both organisation structure and technology implementation, as such, you will need to have very strong experience managing change. Collaborating with both the local and broader regional HR teams you will provide the full range of strategic and operational HR support across talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, talent development, employee relations and performance management. Working with the Head of HR for Asia Pacific you will lead the HR agenda to support the business strategy and growth plans across the region.
The ideal candidate will have proven stakeholder management skills with the gravitas to push back where required. You will have a strong track record of advising board level clients and have excellent relationship management, multi-tasking and problem solving skills. You be ambitious, self-assured and determined and will thrive in a fast moving, demanding working environment. Additionally, you will also possess the following-
• Minimum 12 years’ HR business partnering experience with previous experience in investment banking a strong preference
• Strong regional Asia Pacific exposure
• Possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
