Our client is a financial services organisation going through significant growth. Consequently the Group Head of HR is looking to hire an HR Business Partner to help him evolve the HR proposition. To this end you will work in close alignment to ensure you are providing full generalist HR support across the business. The role requires someone to quickly build relationships with the business, get quickly involved in all the day to day operations including; Employee Relations, Compensation, Recruitment as well as broader initiatives such as Diversity and Inclusion, and broader HR related projects. You will have an HR administrator to support you. You will be implementing the HR strategy, development programmes, new recruitment intiatives etc. so there is a lot of scope to make improvements within the current set up.
The role will quickly evolve as the company looks to expand and suits someone who can work with flexibility, is open minded and who likes to embrace change.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR ideally from Insurance. If you have worked in a business which has gone through a period of change that would be advantageous as well as international experience. Furthermore you will have a strong academic record, be a strong communicator and be able to work with autonomy and have a can-do attitude.
