My client, a world renowned technology company, is currently looking for a new Senior HR Business Partner based in Singapore. They are now looking for an independent, resourceful, and mature HR practitioner to partner with one of their business units across the region.

Reporting directly to the Head of HR Business Partner, the potential candidate is responsible for managing all HR advisory matters for the business unit across the region and working with senior leadership team in the planning of HR strategy for the unit. You will be overseeing the planning of strategic initiatives in the areas of leadership development, management coaching, compensation, manpower and headcount planning, etc. In addition, you will be expected to support large scale projects across the region.
The ideal candidate must have solid HR Business Partnering experience/skills and possesses the maturity and gravitas to manage your senior leadership team. This person must excel and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, have the aptitude to engage and build relationships across all levels. Critical thinking and ability to use data in decision making will be required.
In addition, we are looking for the following: -
At least 15 years of HR experience within large MNCs
Strong communication and presentation skills with a global mindset and cultural dexterity
Ability to manage sensitive issues professionally and exercise mature judgement in decision making
