Job Description

Our client is a boutique financial services company looking to hire an experienced and proactive HR Professional to join their international HR team.


Main responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing and administrating local HR plans and procedures 
  • Supporting in the delivery of global HR processes, including performance management, learning and development activities and international mobility
  • Acting as an advisor and partner to employees and managers 
  • Performing benefits administration including acting as first point of contact for any benefit related question or issue
  • Handling employee relations, including assisting in the communications between employees and leaders and performance issues
  • Ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and regulations 
  • Co-operating effectively with colleagues, to ensure agreed implementation with delivery of HR tools and solutions

Main qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree with strong academic records 
  • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience as a HR professional, preferably from an international organisation
  • In depth knowledge of and experience with UK employment laws and regulations
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefit topics
  • Willingness to take on responsibility, with a proactive, hands on and service oriented mind-set is essential 
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a high level of proficiency in written and spoken English
