Our client is a global MNC within the consumer electronics industry. They are now hiring for a seasoned HR professional with expertise across HR Operations and C&B function to join as part of their Senior HR management team.

Reporting into the Head of Department, you will be covering the APAC region and lead the business’ HR operations and C&B programmes aligned with the business objectives. You will build a sound business partnership with senior stakeholders, design competitive C&B policies for the business including payroll process streamlining, salary and bonus review, commission scheme redesign, insurance renewal etc. You will also help with annual exercises working closely with external HR / C&B vendors acting as the part of the global C&B centre of excellence. There will be ad hoc projects as assigned and will expect this incumbent to be hands on and independent with a strong decisive mindset.
To qualify, you will be degree educated with at least 12+ years C&B experience from MNCs or start up environments across technology or consumer electronics industry, with track record building C&B programmes from scratch. Prior regional experience is a must; and a positive mind-set and can-do attitude will help excel in this role. Proficiency in both Chinese and English will be required. This role pays up to $65k per month.
