Job Description

Our client is a fast-expanding European FMCG group.  We are assisting their sourcing headquarters based in HK to seek for a Senior HR Business Partner with strong C&B capability.

•    Growing MNC
•    Business Partner role focused on Performance Management and C&B
•    Some regional coverage

In this role you will provide a broad range of HR services to a sizable client group in Asia.  Predominantly C&B focused, this role includes elements of a generalist HR remit such as performance and talent management, employee relations and advisory on manpower planning, delivering an end-to-end HR service.  This role will also have the responsibility of being the deputise for the HR Director.

We are looking for a highly energetic, practical and passionate HR business partner with a strong C&B skill-set; or a C&B specialist with some generalist experience and aspire to go down the generalist / business partnering route.  In addition we are also looking for:

•    A degree qualification
•    Sound C&B knowledge with strong numeric and Microsoft Excel skills such as Pivot Tables, V-LookUp
•    A can-do attitude
•    English language fluency while other Asian languages would be an asset
