Reporting into the HR Director, you will provide a broad spectrum of human resource initiatives and operational HR management. As one of the HRBPs, you will provide HR business partnership to the dedicated business unit and their respective leadership teams, effectively leveraging knowledge, expertise and systems to deliver HR solutions that add value to the business. You will also play a pivotal role providing high quality consultancy and support on all people issues and HR projects that align with organizational goals and HR strategy, whilst maintaining procedural compliance and transactional satisfaction to all stakeholders. On top of which, you will involve in organizational and people capability building, resource and talent management planning and also support members of the HR team with generalist HR activities.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong business partnering sense as the trusted advisor for leaders and managers on all HR issues, be able to create effective relationships across all levels through influencing, engagement and coaching to improve line manager and employee capability. The role will well suit a confident, credible and capable HR with over 12 years solid experience acquired from a fast paced environment. English and Chinese will be required for this role.
