Our client is a leading professional services organisation that is looking for a strong senior HR person to join their team.

Reporting to a global HR lead you will be responsible for a small team of HR experts and you will partner closely with the senior stakeholders located in their London HQ. While the role is generalist in nature and encompasses all that goes with that, you will also be required to manage a number of key projects and use your exceptional influencing skills to ensure that the business is truly bought into the HR transformation that has begun and is still some way from completing.
This is an exceptional opportunity that requires an individual who has worked in a large corporate environment and who can also demonstrate how they handle (and work with) exceptionally tricky clients. The environment is one that is trying to change, however it still has a number of people that have been there a long time and who have a key part to play in the longer term business growth. The challenge for anyone coming in is being able to manage all aspects of your daily HR role, while also winning over difficult stakeholders.
