Our client is a leading professional services organisation that is looking to make a key hire to their HR team.

• Key role within the HR team.
Reporting direct to the Head of HR, you will sit within the HR team but be totally responsible for the employer value proposition (EVP) both externally and internally. This role will work closely with Recruitment (both experienced hire and graduate) to ensure that the talent attraction strategy aligns with the brand as well working with Diversity & Inclusion and key emerging markets. The emerging markets are a key project being based in unusual locations but in desperate need of being more globally aligned with the HR branding strategy.
We are looking for three key ingredients: excellent knowledge and understanding of HR, good marketing experience and superb project management skills. The role will require travel, this will not be essential but you will be asked to strategically look at the international markets and assess where you need to go in order to assist with the EVP development. Ultimately this is key role within the organisation and needs a person that is happy to own projects and work to key deliverables.
