Our client is very renowned hospitality group with strong and growing presence on a global basis. To cope with further business expansion, they are now skilling up the HR team and currently hiring for a seasoned HR professional to help manage upcoming projects across all HR arena.

Reporting into the Chief HR Officer, you will work closely with respective HR CoE teams to manage and track projects timeline whilst ensuring smooth launching and successful completion of key milestones. As the project lead, you will work closely with key project holders to identify milestones and propose necessary point of actions for each projects. You will also take initiative to facilitate regular meetings with the HR and leadership team to ensure the projects are aligned with business strategies and take lead for any communications on behalf of the CHRO and the HR team. This is a Project lead roles that oversees the progress and development of all HR-related projects within the business and will be a true business partner position to very senior stakeholders in the business.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with a minimum 9 years experience in HR Project Management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with different levels of stakeholders will be key to success for this role whilst good execution, drive for results and problem solving skills will be essential. You will also have worked in sizeable and complexed organisation whereby demonstrating the ability to work with minimal supervision and deal with ambiguous situations. Fluency in spoken and written English will be required and immediate available candidates highly regarded.
