This role works closely with the HR team in Hong Kong, and your main responsibility is to manage the employee life cycle, as well as working closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver administration support, and ad-hoc projects. The scope of work will include end to end recruitment support, conducting exit interviews, as well as advise the business on HR processes. Adding on, you will ensure execution on pre-employment screening, maintaining staff files and data, as well as to assist with the Year End tax filing and clearance. For projects, you will write and publish the HR newsletter, and to assist with revamping of the HR intranet.
We are ideally looking for a candidate with at least five years of Generalist experience, preferably from the financial industry, and has worked in a matrix organization. The ideal candidate will be someone proactive with the ability to provide strategic thoughts, and build strong partnership with the HR Business Partners and business. You are a go getter and able to effectively manage stakeholders. Being highly adaptable to change and work well under pressure, you would be someone dynamic and well articulate in your communication style. Additionally you are an individual who is highly service led in their style and proactive in taking initiatives. In addition we are also looking for:
- Good understanding of Singapore / Asia employment law
- Delivery focused, with strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and numerical skills
