Our client is now looking for an energetic team player to join their HR team and focus in employee relations matters.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be heavily involved in company-wide staff activities and also the attached logistics and administration arrangements; you will also help prepare the bi-monthly company newsletter and sit in committee meetings as the facilitator and translator. There will be ad hoc HR projects assigned by the senior management team which allows comprehensive exposure to understand the business operations and needs e.g. staff engagement, policy and benefits review etc.
To be successful in this role, you will be a degree holder with 5+ years experience in employee relations and experience working in sizeable or labour intensive companies with blue collar staff. You will demonstrate good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; also a strong people oriented individual and effective communicator who can cope with different levels of staff. Immediate available candidates will be highly regarded and candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior position.
