Our client is a well-established business currently hiring for a Senior L&D Executive to join as part of their growing HR team.

Reporting into the L&D Manager, you will support the team with corporate training programme designs, delivery whilst manage the annual graduate trainee/ summer internship programmes - from coaching, campus recruitment to programme administration. Ad-hoc talent related projects will be assigned.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in HR-relevant disciplines, with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in talent development. You will have prior exposure in the design and delivery of learning programmes, also the experience managing trainee schemes within sizeable organisations. Candidates with experience covering PRC regions a definite advantage and a can do attitude will help excel in this role.
