Our client is looking for an all round HR Generalist (with strength in C&B) to join their stable and dynamic HR team.

Reporting into the HR Manager, you will assume full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to compensation & benefits, talent acquisition and retention, performance management, HRIS, learning & development, employee relations & engagement, communication and CSR. You will be more focused in helping with driving C&B initiatives including payroll processing, annual C&B exercises and HRIS maintenance and enhancements as assigned by the HR Manager.
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in relevant disciplines with minimum 5+ years in HR Generalist functions with focus in C&B (payroll processing experience is a must). You will be well-equipped with the local labour ordinance, with fluency in both English and Chinese and also a numbers-sensitive individual who can work independently as well as a team player. Immediate available candidate with experience working for labour intensive industries highly preferred.
