Job Description

Our client is a leading Global Technology company with strong growth internationally. Due to the fast expansion, they are seeking for an experience HR Risk and Compliance professional to manage their global compliance program.

You will be part of the global Risk and Compliance team to provide compliance oversight and support to the company expanding business. You will be working with teams from Human Resource, business and legal teams to manage employment requirement, controls and risk issues. You are required to perform research, participate in compliance reviews, develop mechanism and processes for HR obligations. In addition, you will be working closely with project teams for legal and regulatory translation.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the APAC region with strong stakeholders’ management skills. You will be university educated with excellent communication skills.


In addition to excellent problem solving skills, you will have the following –

At least 6 years’ experience in HR, compliance, or risk management role

Experienced in federal and state employment and labour laws

Experienced in working on large scale and complex environment

Skilled in managing HR projects and developing HR policies
