Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in supporting all-round HR duties within the organization. Your responsibilities will include recruitment coordination, new staff on-boarding and orientation, identifying employee relation issues, benefits review and renewal as well as employee engagements events.
The successful individual will have a minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience gained from sizeable multinationals with strong interpersonal and communication skills. It is essential that this person is attentive to details and possess strong organization skills to facilitate project co-ordination. Experience with HR policies and benefits renewal will be a plus.
In addition, we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification or above
• Knowledge on employment laws and HRIS will be a plus
• Problem solving skills
• Language fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
