As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects from strategic workforce planning, organisation design through to the implementation of change management plans and initiatives. The successful candidate will need to have relevant experience in design and implementation of a range of HR solutions such as change management, culture diagnostic, communications, and organisation design. This role would suit someone who has HR Change Management experience from either in-house or consultancy. At the same time, this individual should have a proactive and can-do attitude. In addition, we are also looking for:
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese as well as English. Business level in Mandarin would be advantageous
• Min. 3 years of relevant experience
