Job Description
Based in New York, our client is looking for a detailed oriented Senior HRIS Analytics candidate:

- Full-time permanent position
- Part of a dynamic team
You will work with the HRIS team to provide support and maintenance of HRIS systems, including; developing and enhancing Workday reports, dashboards and scorecards across the HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance and Talent, and Benefits modules.
The successful candidate will enjoy working in fast-paced and dynamic environments, be a critical thinker and have amazing attention to detail. You will have strong excel skills and will be comfortable supporting all HCM technology initiatives related to Workday. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity is maintained, provide analytic observations and recommendations, optimize system and report performance to improve user experience and be able to troubleshoot and resolve data issues.
The successful candidate will need:
- Bachelors’ Degree
- 4 to 6 years’ experience in Financial Services, supporting Finance/Compensation/Human Capital Management
- Experience with Workday is required (inc. knowledge of report writing and advanced calculated fields, functional knowledge security, business processes, dashboards, scorecards and EIBs)
- Excellent Excel skills
