Job Description

This financial services company seeks a creative, critical thinker with impressive analytical, communication, and project leadership skills to join its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team.  

 

  • Top global asset management company 

  • Report directly to the Head of DEI 

  • Provide input into the firm’s strategy and operations 

  

This individual will work with senior members of the firm to address some of its most important strategic challenges by developing and implementing programs to meet the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.  

This role requires a dual focus on strategy and execution, as this person will play a key role in driving the firm’s DEI strategy through recruitment, talent management, and other initiatives. The successful candidate will assemble and lead project teams and help oversee the team’s training, feedback, and results.  

 

In Addition, You Must Have:  

  • Candidates should have at least seven (7) years of comparable experience, with at least five (5) in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Experience in the finance or technology industries is preferred.  

  • Experience managing processes and implementing new initiatives and programs across functions; keen attention to detail; and excellent analytical skills are all essential.  

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, as is an ability to work effectively with colleagues of varying seniorities both within and outside their own team.  

  • An ability to lead programs from strategy to execution while advising senior leaders is required.  

  • An impressive record of prior achievement is essential.
