Reporting to the Regional Managing Director of HR, this role has been created to assist the MD as a business partner lead for South East Asia countries. You will service as an influential and strategic HR business partner, leading local country HR teams on their people advisory, labour relations and HR servicing while partnering with senior stakeholders as well as the MD HR in the region to set the people strategies for SEA. There are also other on-going projects such as organisation design and change management.
We are looking for an energetic and committed HR Business Partner with a minimum of 10 years’ experience gained from multinationals. Regional experience, particularly South East Asia experience, would be preferred.
In addition, we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• Excellent critical thinking, leadership/ coaching and communication skills
• Travelling required
• Language fluency in English
