Reporting to the International HR Director, this role has been created to assist the General Manager and Country Manager as a business partner lead for Greater China and Japan business. You will service as an influential and strategic HR business partner, leading local country HR teams on their people advisory, labour relations and HR servicing while coaching the business to build leadership capacity, succession plans and employee engagement. There are also other on-going projects such as organization design and change management. You also have to be hands-on to ensure that all HR lifecycle processes are fully embedded.
We are looking for an energetic and committed HR Business Partner with a minimum of 10 years’ experience gained from multinationals. Regional experience, particularly Greater China and Japan experience, would be preferred.
In addition, we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• Excellent critical thinking, leadership/ coaching and communication skills
• Significant experience working in matrixed environment
• Strategic but also hands-on
• Travelling required
• Language fluency in English and Mandarin
