Reporting to the Head of HR APAC, this role will supervise a team of remote HR Administration Specialists and manage HR initiatives within the region. You will work closely with the global and APAC headquarters in the roll-out of new HR initiatives and projects, developing key relationships with global COEs, HR BPs and other corporate functions. This role contributes to the process improvement for key system implementation and upgrades that impact HR, and is responsible for data audits, qualitative and quantitative analyses.
We are looking for an HR specialist who has ideally set up an HR Operations/ HR Shared Service function for the region, and comes with proven success in leading a team. You will have experience gained from a global organisation, where some start-up experience is valued.

• A strategic, critical thinking with strong problem-solving and influential skills
• High degree of integrity with the ability to effectively work with colleagues at all levels
• Ability to travel
