In this role you will advise senior business leaders on all people related matters, but with a heavy focus on learning, talent management, succession planning and leadership development. As this role closely aligns with the business, initiatives will be structured to ensure maximum impact to help achieve commercial goals. You will support both soft skills and professional skills development, ensuring that a comprehensive curriculum is developed and utilising digital learning technologies and providing best in class solutions. Additionally you will also own the employee engagement survey process and have responsibility for diversity and inclusion.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years’ experience in learning, talent and organisational development and have experience working across the APAC region within a highly matrixed and fluid working environment. You will have strong commercial acumen with the ability to link HR interventions to business objectives. Additionally you will possess the following -
- University educated with a degree in Human Resources or other business related degree
- Flexible and adaptive with excellent time managements and prioritisation skills
- Outstanding communication and presentations skills with the gravitas to advise and influence the regional management team
