Leadership opportunity
This person will be responsible for collaborating with business and senior HR leaders on overall design, implementation, communication, and administration of the organization’s total rewards program. In addition, this role collaborates closely with Finance for financial reporting and budgeting purposes.
The successful candidate should be a champion of change – this is a FAST growing startup, so this person will need to effectively shift as the company and departments change within their needs.

Successful track record as a trusted advisor and HR subject matter expert to Executive leadership teams.

Proven success with high-growth technology companies.

Demonstrated strategic, analytic, and financial skills that translate into actionable, results-oriented plans.

Strong leadership presence, with the ability to empower, energize and encourage the team to overachieve.

Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
