Job Description

Our client is embarking on a major change programme to deliver new business systems and processes and ways of working to improve their efficiency and to make progress towards becoming a high performing organisation. This includes a comprehensive overhaul of existing IT systems and business process and the development and implementation of a behavioural competency framework. They are seeking OD / L&D expertise to enhance the capability of the existing HR team to support existing initiatives and to help shape and deliver an ongoing programme of improvement.

The incumbent serves as the functional lead in Organisational Development. This position contributes to the design and delivery of people and organisational development strategies, and the management of cultural change in support of the organisation’s strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice and services as required. Working with teams across the business, you will support a programme of continuous organisational performance improvement which helps the business achieve its ambition to foster a high performing culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity within the business. 


The ideal candidate will be degree educated with at least 12 years relevant experience in organisational development. You will be able to demonstrate up to date knowledge in OD, L&D and latest talent trends; with track record delivery successful OD projects and supporting major organisational/ cultural change; influencing, building and sustaining relationships as a true business partner in order to achieve results. Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese will be required  and an energetic, results driven mentality would help excel in this role.
